New York Marriott Downtown First Hotel in NYC to Install Tri-generation Plant - The Marriott, one of Lower Manhattan's largest hotels with just over 500 rooms, is the first hotel in the city to install a new "microturbine farm" to reduce energy and carbon emissions. To learn more, click here.


NYSERDA Offers Generous Incentives for Energy-Efficiency Projects - The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) offers a number of financial and technical incentives that provide assistance to help property owners make green retrofits to their buildings.
