Today, significant cost savings are available in Lower Manhattan. To calculate how much your firm could save by remaining or relocating Downtown, enter the specifics for your organization in the boxes below. The "default assumptions" are standard averages for commercial office tenants, you need not change them unless you know your firm's situation to be different or for whom other incentives apply.
