Multimedia celebration of The Bottom Line, featuring music and memories, songs and stories by a selection of artists who were regular performers at the iconic club. Host Paul Shaffer with special guests will swap stories about their favorite times on stage, off stage and backstage and perform songs that made the club a destination for fans of all music genres. As an additional infusion of nostalgia, three of the most prolific rock photographers of our time, Peter Cunningham, Bob Gruen and Ebet Roberts, will exhibit photographic prints that capture the rock n’ roll royalty that graced the stage at The Bottom Line in an exclusive pop-up photo gallery located outside The Schimmel Center’s auditorium. Cunningham, Gruen and Roberts, who also contributed images as part of the multimedia aspects of the two shows, will sell their prints and additional products at the impromptu gallery, alongside CDs from the evenings’ performers and from The Bottom Line Archive collection that showcase a wide variety of live musical performances recorded throughout the 30-year history of the nightclub’s legendary run. Schimmel Center for the Arts, 3 Spruce Street.
