Located at 55 Broad Street in Lower Manhattan, the Hive at 55 provides shared workspace for more than 30 people plus three private workrooms. You'll find WiFi, fax, printer and copier machines, conference rooms, bike storage — and, a group of colleagues eager to collaborate and share resources.

We offer flexible membership rates:
Daily Drop-in: $25/day
Basic: $50/month for 3 visits a month
Part-time I: $150/month for 8 visits a month
Part-time II: $200/month for 12 visits a month
Full I: $300/month, full time during all open hours
Full II: $500/month, full time 24/7 access
Off-peak: $150/month for evenings and unlimited weekend access
An initiative of the Downtown Alliance, the Hive at 55 was included in Mayor Bloomberg's MediaNYC 2020 plan, a program of eight initiatives to strengthen the media industry. Additionally, the Hive received $100,000 in support from New York City Economic Development Corporation.
