In the atmosphere of a quaint European café, Executive Chef Morten Sohlberg and his team serve up fresh seafood and prime meats based on Scandinavian culinary traditions. Popular dinner dishes include Swedish meatballs and baked apples, lobster caviar fraiche with Smörgås sauce, New Zealand rack of lamb with a sherry and maple reduction, and sea bass tajine served in a champagne and sun-dried tomato sauce. For lunch, select from a smorgas- bord of open-face sandwiches such as coldwater shrimp, salmon with eggs and chives, and chicken caramel with Norwegian goat cheese and asparagus.
