Think of this page as Social Media 101, a place to learn more about resources for building and expanding your online social media presence. Social media is what people call using online services like Facebook, Twitter, among others, to better connect with their customers.
The Downtown Alliance started our own social media presence in mid-2009 and have really been impressed with the way it has allowed us to better interact - and promote - our constituents.
