A slow vinyasa flow class focusing on balancing postures and ending with an in-depth pranayama breathing sequence. The practice of balancing poses improves concentration and focus. The soothing effects of pranayama calm the mind, clear the breathing passage, and strengthen the respiratory system. Add balance and breath to your day by joining me for this lovely combination of asana and pranayama. Now offering Virtual Yoga Classes for Children and Adults via Zoom! Registering for virtual classes You can register for virtual classes in the Mindbody app, or from the class schedule on our website. Be sure to sign up at least 30 minutes before class starts so you have time to get logged in. Feel free to join as many sessions as you’d like, all of our classes are free and donation-based if you wish to support our fabulous yoga teachers.
