Efficient, effective, safe and fun. The Physique 57 method blends cardio, strength training, stretching and recovery to rapidly transform your body. Using your own bodyweight as resistance, this workout targets the muscles in your arms, thighs, seat and abs to the point of fatigue then stretches them for relief. Each class is structured to maximize every minute and move with Physique 57’s signature (scientifically tested) choreography and expert instructors. From smile-inducing music to challenging moves and variations, these workouts never (ever) end in plateaus. It doesn’t get easier — you just get stronger. Presented by LIFEWTR and New York-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital, Seaport Fit is back with its Summer 2019 lineup. Seaport Fit offers a variety of fun, free fitness classes including boot camp and barre workouts Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on The Rooftop at Pier 17 at 6:30 pm.
